Mark J. Peregrin was graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1983 and earned a juris doctorate from the University of Oklahoma in 1987. Prior to joining Daugherty, Fowler, Peregrin, Haught & Jenson, Mark was with a law firm engaged in the commercial mortgage backed securities industry with a focus on real estate transactional work including the sale and leasing of real estate, financing of real estate through pooled loans and the sale and assignment of commercial mortgages. Mark led the loan resolution and controversy department for clients in the State of Oklahoma. Typically, his practice would involve representation in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court as well as non-judicial workouts.

Since joining the Firm, Mark represents various clients in aviation transactional matters. His real estate experience assists him in the representation of clients on legal matters involving clients in the aviation industry.

Mark is admitted to Oklahoma state courts including the Oklahoma Supreme Court, United States Federal Court, including Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association.

Mark currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife, Shannon. Mark is active in the sporting activities of his three sons.
